Summary of Position: Optimize the manufacturing operations related to Thermoset Compression and Thermoset or Thermoplastic Injection Molding processes to achieve production goals of the organization.

Essential Functions:

Support Plant Engineering teams to optimize process efficiency to ensure delivery, quality, and cost requirements are met
Troubleshoot problems with production and take corrective action
Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements and propose related Capital Expenditure Plans
Extensive travel to Mexico is required

Electrical DRE Engineer needed for Auburn Hills with background in automotive modules and systems.   Will work on the full vehicle integration side.  This is a short-term contract position, 3-4 months in length.
