ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.  Register guests into computer while verifying reservation information address and credit information.
 
Accept and maintain payment for guest accounts for the duration of each guests’ stay.  Maintain a house bank and accurate reports for daily receipts. 
Perform daily drops as required.  Maintain company credit policies.
 
Maintain hotel security via proper key access.
 
Address guest complaints, problems and/or requests in a friendly and professional manner.  Ensure that all matters are resolved or addressed with the proper department head so that they can be resolved.
 
Answer all incoming phone calls and dispatch them to the correct location.
 
Coordination of all wake-up calls ensuring all are recorded for accuracy.
 
Operation of Guest Response system to record all defects and requests reported.
 
Accurately calculate the Daily Revenue Report and distribute to all necessary staff members.
 
Provide shuttle service to early morning airline crews in a timely fashion.
 
Investigate all service and safety issues reported during the shift.
 
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: High school or equivalent education is required.
  
Experience: One year in a customer service position is strongly preferred.
